Moreover, we produce printed wrapping fabrics and films, metallic laminated and printed non-woven fabrics, poly-coated papers, LD/LLD/HM film rolls, sheets, and liners-bags.

Due to its affordability, strength, and longevity, polypropylene is a thermoplastic material that finds extensive application across multiple sectors. In contrast to traditional fabrics, it is made by gluing or felting polypropylene fibers together under pressure and heat.

Applications:Medical and Hygiene Products: PP non-woven fabric is widely used in the production of surgical masks, protective clothing, disposable medical products, and sanitary products due to its breathability and barrier properties.

Agriculture: It is used in agriculture for crop covers, weed control fabric, and protective packaging for plants.

Automotive: The fabric is used in the automotive industry for interior components, such as car upholstery, carpets, and insulation.

Packaging: It is used for packaging purposes, including shopping bags, tote bags, and other types of disposable packaging.

In order to create pp non woven fabric, heat and air are used to spin the polymers into long, fluffy threads that resemble cotton candy. The threads are then pressed together between hot rollers to create a flexible yet sturdy fabric with a texture close to canvas.  The texture gives the fabric a good overall look and feel while also making it breathable.  NWPP has a long-lasting color and texture.  Graphics can be easily screen printed in a limited number of colors.

Since nonwoven fabric is nonflammable, it is primarily used in the fashion industry to produce industrial workwear, chemical defense suits, isolation, and sanitary protective clothing like face masks. Nonwoven fabrics are also used in the production of footwear components and linings.
